Return & Refund Policy – Boon for Skin
At Boon for Skin, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day free return policy in line with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
1. Australian Consumer Law (ACL) Rights
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL. You are entitled to:
- A replacement or refund for a major failure.
- Compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
- Repair or replacement if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
2. Change of Mind Returns
We offer free returns within 30 days of receiving your order for change of mind, provided:
- The item is in its original condition.
- The item is unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is provided.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used skincare products unless they are faulty.
3. Faulty or Damaged Products
If your product is faulty, damaged, or not as described:

- Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue.
- We will arrange free return shipping and offer you a replacement or full refund.
4. How to Return an Item

- We will provide a prepaid return label.
- Pack the product securely and drop it off at the nominated carrier location.
5. Refund Processing
- Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
- Shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or not as described.
